Shipping policy

1. Order Processing and Shipping

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is received. In rare cases, delays may occur due to warehouse overload, customs clearance or unforeseen circumstances.

2. Shipping Time and Cost

Standard shipping: takes 5-14 business days, cost is calculated when placing the order.

If the order is not delivered within 35 days, the money will be returned.

3. Taxes and Customs Duties

Most orders are shipped to the United States, and in most cases, buyers do not need to pay additional duties.

4. Shipping Issues

If your order has not arrived within 14 business days, please contact us to check the status. If the item is damaged during shipping, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the damage.
